There are an unlimited number of bots that won't be in the database. New bots are created all the time, every hour of day. It's impossible to catch them all.

2 bots neither got intercepted
1 in your database arkxrzlizmff@ds4ns1ns2.cn
1 not in your database jegertoms@gmail.com

My main concern is the one that exists in your database that got through, which means it isn't working.

I'd consider enabling the email reporting and then testing with a known-bad email address and name. Either that or printing out the variables to make sure that they're getting populated with the incoming data.

can we explain how to print out the variables to ensure they are populated with incoming data?

In PHP, you would do a statement something like this:

print "XUSER: $XMAIL";
