false positives

I'm getting a false positive - someone complaining about being identified as spam (via the joomla plugin with botscout) when using a gmail address and a seattle IP address. 

Is there any way to go back and say this is a false positive?  Because to let her make her purchase I needed to disable the plugin.

Somehow, when I tried to reply to the reports by users thread, it added it on to this one.....  Not sure why.

At this time we don't normally accept user-submitted entries (for a number of reasons) but if other bots appear with matching attributes we'll likely add these.
