Any plans for a DNSBL API?
« on: January 21, 2010, 08:12:46 AM »
I tried searching but couldn't find any discussion about this so here I am asking.

Are there any plans for a DNS:BL style API in the future? I realize it would somewhat limit search parameters but it could provide much more querying with less bandwidth.

I could've sworn this had been brought up before, but I'll be damned if I can find the thread if it has.

Sadly, only Mike can answer this for you.

I think something like this was discussed a while back, but I don't recall the details either, lol. What did you have in mind?

Also, please note that tomorrow the BotScout server will be down for a while, starting sometime around ~5pm PST. I don't know how long it'll be down, maybe a few hours, maybe longer, but we'll be back. :)
